By purchasing an item from the Postural Pony store or making a booking you agree to the below terms and conditions:
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available on all products.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be faulty or unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned Items may be subject to a 6% restocking fee. Postage for items will not be refunded. Items will not be refunded due to change of mind.

You may return an item within 30 days if it is in the same condition as to which you received it. Exchanges are also available.

We ship to PO BOXES and Australia Wide
Larger items will be shipped via courier
You are responsible for return shipping.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Services Cancellation
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
24 Hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for me to make the appointment available to someone else. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged for your appointment. (This includes cancelling 1 horse if you have 2 or more booked)
No-shows
Will be charged the total amount for your “missed” appointment.
New Clients
If you cancel your first appointment in less than 48 hours you will be required to pay a 50% booking fee to reschedule.
Out of Area Clients
If I am making a trip to your area I will require a 50% booking fee to hold your appointment slot on that day.
